St. Michaels Section of Union. A Best Buy.

Located just a few blocks from the center of downtown Union, New Jersey — the St. Michaels Section is one of the best values for a first time home buyer. Home prices in the St. Michaels Section currently range from about $240,000 to $400,000. The reality, however, is that you can get a really nice home in this area for about $360,000 or less. If you venture any higher than that, the home better be off the hook. Of course, there are always exceptions.

For residents of the St. Michaels Section of Union, the grade schools could be one of the following; Connecticut Farms, Franklin or Hannah Caldwell.

For those of you just starting out – the St. Michaels Section of Union is an excellent option. It couples convenience, low prices and so much charm. I’ve spent a lot of time in the area, and it’s really and really enjoy it.

This area is definitely worth a look.
