Union, New Jersey posted strong home sales numbers for the month of July. Many of these closings can definitely be attributed to the $8,000 tax credit and unbelievable interest rates.

Roughly 10 homes are closing per week with an absorption rate of 41.5 weeks. That means that there’s currently 41 weeks of inventory on the market.
