There is a reason why I haven’t posted in quite a while. It’s been insanely busy. In fact, I have never been this busy.

I’m not complaining. I’m very grateful.

People are really feeling the great home prices, low interest rates and the $8000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit.

Here’s a photo of a couple who just purchased a beautiful home in Montclair. They were referred to me by a past client.

Renee has been dreaming of this moment for years, and today it happened. She bought her first home.

Today I was so excited to help Joe and Nicole close on their first home. It snowed, but that didn’t stop us.

I’m sure they’ll find it very convenient being only a block from the Washington grade school and a short car ride to Union Train Station.

As always, it was so wonderful developing friendship with my clients during the home buying process. They’re awesome people and I’m so happy for them.

I’m also really thrilled that I was able to get them an amazing deal. Really amazing.
